E-Commerce based MLM

The scenario of MLM have changed over the years, now the new concept comes in the for of
E-Commerce product based MLM. In this kind of MLM a user registers himself on the website and start shopping. If the user is just a general user than he just purchase his things and logout.

    But if you are  a MLM user and registered through a verified process than after every purchase you will get a commission on your purchase and if someone from your downline purchases from the web site then also you will get some commission in your wallet.

   The concept of E-Commerce based MLM is very old but if is getting popular now because of increasing users in E-Commerce Websites. 

Types of Income in MLM

The MLM plans have various kind of incomes as per company standards and plan demands. The binary income is very common among all plans but there are some special king of incomes too.

Some of the incomes are listed below :

1. Binary Income :
           Binary income in MLM is given on the basis of members performance on how many references he/she have in their each leg. The binary is generally given on the basis of per pair criteria but some MLM plans have different - different type of joining packages so in these plans the binary income is calculated in the basis of amount collected in each leg and a fixed percentage of amount on matched business is given in form of binary.

2. Direct Income :
          The direct income is for sponser of the newly joined  member. It can be a fixed amount for each joining or it may be a percentage of joining amount of member.

3. Reward Income :
           Reward income  comes in action when a member completes a stated criteria in a particular time. The reward can be some luxury item or it can be a hard cash amount. Some time companies do not apply time boundation with target.

4. Royalty/Club Income :
           This income is activated when a member covers a significant numbers of references for eg. 5000 or 10000 references than the company pays him/her a fixed percentage of amount of the business collected by company in a particular month.

5. Alpha ID Income :
         The concept of Alpha ID is very rare. Alpha ID means a virtual joining created by the member himself to grow his leg. The Alpha ID id not considered in binary calculation but it gives its sponser a higher rate of dorect income. And Alpha ID will not be applicable for any kind of income. The benefit of  Alpha ID is, if a member'e leg not growing because of some reason, then the ALPHA ID may help.

MLM Plan Types

Type of MLM Plans :

 Now a days many MLM plans are revolving arround in market some of the common     plans are as follows :

1. Binary Plan

In Binary Plan two leg runs under each member as Left leg and Right led or A and B and creates a pair. Pair may differ from plan to plan.

          A pair may be of 1:1 or 1:2 or 2:1.

2. Uni Level Plan

Uni level plan is simle, easy to understand and requires no effort to implement. It allows members to create single stream of

          members.

3. Matrix Plan

In Matrix Plan a mambers have three positions to join new member with reference.

4. Helping Plan

Helping Plans are more complicated than others. In these king of plans the company do not pay anyone, members are liable to pay other

members and hence the company just tells the members that who is paying funds and wo is receiving, It creates two groups of

members as senders(who are liable to pay funds), and receivers(who are liable to receive funds).

5. ROI Plan

          ROI Plans are quite attractive because they pay you at regular intervals other that binary income. This income is called

as ROI income. Companies pay on daily, weekly or monthly basis. The amount is some fixed or % of joining amount.

6. Repurchase Plan

The Repurchase plan is a product based MLM plan in which the company sells something to members and credit some amount in

          their repurchase wallet and allow them to shop with a earning.

What is MLM

MLM refers to Multi-Level-Marketing in which a person earns by not only selling company's product or plan but also by sales of other members also who he/she refers. The referred persons are comes under member's downline. These downline members forms a tree king of structure and according to this structure it generates some level.  The MLM has no limit for referals, a member can refer as many persons he can.
